"Extremely disappointed with AU Bank’s service. I was misled with fake promises about loan terms and then pressured into accepting a loan I didn’t fully agree to. Despite raising concerns, the staff was unhelpful and evasive. Customer service was poor, and no one took accountability. I feel like I’m trapped into a deal with no transparency. I strongly advise others to be cautious and not trust verbal assurances from AU Bank. Very unprofessional experience overall."
